Cajamarca sits at 1,800 meters above sea level, where cool mountain air and rich volcanic soil do the hard work long before the roaster gets involved.

This single origin is grown across three native varieties — Caturra, Típica, and Catimor — by Peruvian farming families who have worked this land for generations. What comes through in the cup is a medium roast with dried fruit sweetness and a hint of chancaca — that raw cane sugar note that's distinctly Andean and unmistakably Cajamarca.
